It would have been great if each time I bought a car over the years, it would have been as pleasant as dealing with Mike Sessa at Jarrett Scott Ford. There were no surprises in the numbers presented, the deal was fair, and delivery was smooth. And we love our new Fiesta Hatchback. We give the raspberries to the gas station as we drive by. We are satisfied customers.

Mike explained all the features the car had, to verify it was the car I was interested in purchasing. He verified my car was still available, and coordinated bringing it from the Avon Park dealership to Plant City. The price was excellent and I was pleased that what I was told over the phone concerning cost did not change when I arrived at the dealership. After purchase, he made sure I understood how the car features worked and setup my cell phone to work via the car controls. It was well worth driving 90 miles to this dealership to purchase my car!
