Excellent
On our way to Disney, with a family of five, and our van overheats. Its the water pump, its 7 pm and no one is open. I make it to a hotel just a mile from their service dept. In the morning,they got me checked in, gave me a nice rental at a great price, and I was on my way. They absolutely saved my vacation. When I left driving their rental, I was going to call Enterprise to cancel with them. They called me instead, to say they didnt have a car. I probably would have spent my vacation in the Plant City jail if not for the fine folks at Jarrett Scott Ford. THANKS!

Warranty work not honored
If you're in the military and you decide to buy a car here you better learn to work on it yourself. When I first brought my car in for warranty work it was a 4 hour job and I would "likely" have it back the same day. Since then I have been getting different excuses for 15 days. I had some paperwork neatly rolled up in a rubber band in the partition between the front and back seat. I took the papers out today because it is training documentation I need to review before my upcoming reserve duty. The papers are all crumbled up in the middle and have dirt on the outside. I can only assume someone from the dealership went through it since no one else drives my car. Maybe after seeing it they thought it would be fun to give a member of the Military the run around. I can't find any other logical explanation for their change in attitude towards me

I brought my car in for service for my AC not working properly 15 minutes after I brought it in they told me what was wrong with my car and fix the problem, I was in and out in 30 minutes , Ruben Perez the service writer told me all the about problems with the Ac , thanks for fixing my AC

Jarrett Scott Ford service department is great. I have been taking my car there since 2003. Robert Dills the service adviser is very friendly and honest. He will not tell you your vehicle needs something unless it really does. I will not go any place else to have service done on my car and to no other adviser. Take your car to Jarrett Scott Ford and ask for Robert Dills you will be glad you did.
