Being responsible for a fleet of 20+ trucks it's important to find a service center and a service provider that you can trust and is capable of giving you top notch service. We have found this in Jarrett Scott Ford Service Center and in Chris Duncan our service adviser. They get our trucks in quickly for routine service or needed repairs and back on the road.

I purchased my 2011 F350 from this dealership and had...

I purchased my 2011 F350 from this dealership and had good experience as far as the purchase went. Brought it back for a turbo issue in may of 2013 and had the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Wrecker dropped it off on a Monday morning, Robert dills my service writer called me around 1 pm to tell me it needed a new turbo and they would have to order it. I inquired about a rental car and that was out of the question unless I had the extended warranty. Every other Ford dealership I have dealt with always provided a rental if it was going to be more than a day to be repaired. I was told my truck would be ready Wednesday which turned into Thursday, and then Friday. The service Robert told me the delay was getting the turbo shipped, but the service manager Jeff, had a different excuse. He said the delay was from his only diesel mechanic being sick. Okay, people get sick I understand that, why lie to me? I finally get my truck back on friday night. They give it back to me with a check engine light on. I looked under the hood when i get it home and find this bolt that looks like it came out of a 10 year old truck sticking in a hole in my manifold cover. The bolt is not the correct size, its just sitting in the hole where I can pull it out. So now I have to bring it back again to have that fixed. Turns out they won't cover the repair causing the check engine light (DPF sensor) and want to charge me 450.00 to fix it. I go and buy the part and repair it myself for $120.00. I start noticing oil on my driveway and look under the truck and see that it is covered in oil. This time I take it to another dealer who finds that the gasket for the turbo was put on incorrectly and the base of the brand new turbo had been damaged during installation causing the oil leak. They had to order a new turbo and believe it or not had the truck back to me in 2 days, and provided me a rental car. I also had asked them to look at my navigation system which was showing no GPS when I orignally dropped it off. I had to make 2 additional trips over there just to get that fixed. This service department is a joke. When Ford sent me a customer satisfaction questionaire I relayed all of this which they (dealership) also get a copy of. The service manager (Jeff) told me that he talked to the owner about my responses and that was the end of it. No follow up from anyone else at the dealership. Just sweep it under the rug. I would not recommend this service department anyone.

Took straight to the car I needed and answered all my questions. No problems no issues just straight to the point

9/17/13 I shopped around for a car for a few months and then I went to Scott ford .I was impressed .They were laid back and very professional. They gave me a great deal. Hopefully my car will last a long time and if it does I will see Scott ford again .terry

My husband and I have are return buyers at Jarrett Scott Ford. We have always been treated very good by sales staff and service department. The sales person that helped us before was no longer with the company. Mr. Robert Green stepped in to help us. He was nice, friendly and patient with me. If we need another vehicle, we will return to Jarrett Scott Ford.

Awesome, easy experience!

I bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta from Bobby Green @ Jarrett Scott Ford and could not be happier with my car or with the whole buying experience! They made everything so easy and made sure I got exactly what I asked for! They even follow up after the sale to check on you and your car every so often to make sure you are still satisfied and are not having any issues, where else do you get that?!? I would recommend Bobby and Jarrett Scott Ford to anyone.

Satisfied

In February 2013 Melvin Williams waited on us at Jarrett-Scott Ford in Plant City, Fla. We told Melvin once what we wanted and within a few days he called us told us he had the car we wanted. Wow, was he right. We got the car we wanted with all the bells and whistles. Melvin made our buying a new car a very enjoyable experience. Jarret-Scott Ford is very fortunate to have a very professional,sonal employee. Thanks Jarrett-Scott Ford.

Melvin makes buying a car fun!

We bought our new Ford Edge at Jarrett Scott Ford through Melvin Williams. He listens to what we want and delivers with great service. We bought an Edge last month and liked his service so much, we bought a second one from him this month! He gets everything ready so that the process goes smoothly. We will be back. We have also taken our vehicles in the past for service and repair to this same dealership and always appreciate the service that we receive. It is great when you can purchase your vehicle and service it at the same place and love how you are treated in both situations.
