The process of buying the car was relatively smooth. This dealership was the first dealership I have ever bought from that does not take a personal check or credit card so keep in mind to have cash or quick access to a cashier’s check.

While waiting at the dealership I got a 20 second video
While waiting at the dealership I got a 20 second video pertaining to none of the services I required. Then they told me I need mt transmission flushed cause they said it failed. But yet I did a transmission flush at the dealership at 79k so basically that was the wrong assessment of my car

Promote Dee he is excellent. Robin is absolutely horrible worst assistant ever almost cost me 600$ for something that was covered by my warranty.

Upon arrival I asked the Nissan Rep if I could get an
Upon arrival I asked the Nissan Rep if I could get an alignment check and he told me that it would cost over $150.00. Just for a simple alignment check. That’s ridiculous! I don’t think I will be purchasing any Nissan vehicles going forward. This was not a good experience for me.

The service center is so far awesome.
The service center is so far awesome. Dee has been so supportive in this process of a leaking sunroof. The Nissan Corporation has decided to not cover the warranty except for 60 percent. I have an extended warranty that has not expired, so make sure you understand that if your sunroof leaks and destroys your carpet and headliner they will not cover it. I really feel that if the sunroof seal is covered, the other damage should be covered too. We are on our 5th Nissan, maybe time for a change.
