Very pleasant welcome and courteous service. The labor invoice ended up being half of the amount originally quoted. Where’s my free wiper blades?

I am not too happy with my service this time. Although the oil change is a great price, I didn’t get too much of a quality service… The tech gave me a good recommendation on my tires which saved me a little however when I decided to get another price for tires at another place they discovered my oil filter was leaking due to not being properly tightened! So I was leaking oil in my driveway unknowingly where it came from. This is NOT acceptable service! I honestly expected more from Jenkins than that. I am very happy I took my truck somewhere else. As for my breaks I was also told I would need new ones in the back soon. Upon inspection from other store, I have 20k more miles on the breaks. The differential is needing looked at that you recommended on my report. It is leaking which I will tend to. I feel what good is a great priced oil change if your techs can’t do the job correctly? In this I gave 2 stars because I think oil changes are extremely important to get right !

The service department as always was a dissatisfying experience. My truck was not completely fixed when it was returned to me. Technician did not take the time to find the real problem. Probably replaced a part that didn't need replacing
