Sami is an amazing person. We first dealt with him over the phone then had the pleasure of meeting him in person. He gave us a great deal on a car and stayed late to help us (over 2 hours!!)! Llegué a las 3pm y me tuve que ir a las 6pm con el mismo problema, no miraron mi carro, nisssan rogué 2023 25k millas con la puerta trasera bloqueada, a nadie le importó, una verdadera falta de respeto. Los mecánicos conversando y caminando de un lado a otro. Es el segundo carro que compro a esa agencia y será el último.
