From start to finish the whole experience was great. I appreciate that this dealership has Sunday hours since I work all week and church on Sunday really limits my time. Adam was my first point of contact days before I arrived at the dealership and worked with us through the whole process. The trade in value I received was fair and in the end the bottom line was one I was happy with. Our buying time was cut short by my wife being called into work and Adam kept in contact the next day to complete the process and even met us halfway to deliver the car. He made it all happen smoothly from start to finish.

Me and my growing family went to the dealership and dealer Tonia Stewart helped us into a new SUV and the way she treated my family was exalent .

I called the dealership with my ordinary 100 questions worth of research before committing to deciding on purchasing a truck. The OUT of the ordinary, patience and thuroughness of Mark taking the time to not only answer all my questions, but to do so in between the chaos of my children in the background continuously interrupting, is what will always make this customer service experience stand out from all my others. In a situation where I am usually dismissed or rushed along, Mark made me feel comfortable and provided me with the answers and knowledge I had hoped for but did not expect, before picking up the phone. I have known Tonia for over 30, years, we went to school together I need a new car, but I have some pretty serious credit issues. Our sales professional, Brad Tressler, could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond the norm in researching options that fit our financial needs and found a Pre Certified 2015 Escape with everything we were looking for, even the color. I never felt pressured, everything was explained carefully prior to being asked to sign any documents. There is no dealer fee. We saw one small issue with a door panel; the vehicle was taken immediately to service department and was fixed in 5 minutes. When I came for my first oil change I was very happy with the customer service from service writer Francisco. We bought a 2015 Ford Transit Connect Cargo Van at this dealership. Our Sales person was David Spradlin. He was very helpful. He helped us find the van we were looking for. He also helped us get a back up alarm installed since the van didn't come with one. Other FL dealers could not find the Commercial Cargo Van that we wanted. This dealership had no problem finding us one.
