Received excellent service from the service dept at Jim Browne Chevrolet. They met and surpassed all expectations with repair of my vehicle. I will recommend the service department and the sales staff to anyone with vehicle needs.

DONT TRUST JIM BROWNE,S SERVICE ADS

Took my 2020 Buick Encore which I bought at Jim Browns for an oil change had a coupon from another local Buick dealer and also had Jim Browns flyer stating they would meet a d honor all other dealers prices. They said NO. Guess what I was looking to buy another vehicle but it won’t be at Jim Browns nor any of my friends will either.

stay away from this dealership

i have an $80,000 truck sitting there they left the window down taped a garbage bag to my paint and water has gotten in the truck from the rain they do not care about their customers at all

George BRITO was our car salesman and he did a great job

George BRITO was our car salesman and he did a great job on putting Our Nephew on a cost efficient and economy efficient as well it was a nice SUV is equinox white one 2018. This was his first time ever owning a newer car he's always bought cash cars. It's so very thrilled about it and he loves it so much that he first night he bought it he wanted to sleep in it. George spend all day with this and he was very courteous and kind gave us drinks entertainer child and even took us on a test drive. Also went over and above his salesman duties. A tremendous asset to your company and also he (George) would make a great trainer for y'all's company someday near future because he is knowledgeable in all kind of products we were testing his knowledge on it and he knew up quite a bit that there is to know and even on newer stuff. We will refer people and come back in the near future when we need another car and specially to George because he's such a great hospitable curtising kind car salesman. He's very talented and phenomenal of what he's doing. Thanks George for making our experience the most wonderful time of the year we bought it in December just a few days before Christmas of 2022.
