bait and switch
After finding a vehicle we liked on Cars.Com that this company had. We contacted them about making the drive an hour out of our 20hr drive home to possibly purchase the vehicle. After being there approximately 30 minutes we had driven the vehicle and decided to negotiate the deal. After agreeing to pay full MSRP for the vehicle plus taxes and fees. We signed the deal. (PURCHASE ORDER) As well as the manager Brian who agreed to the deal. After waiting three more hours to wait our turn with the one and only finance guy avaliable. The manager comes out to let us know that the vehicle was now going to be almost $3,000.00 More then what they agreed to. Over $85,000.00. After requesting they do the deal they agreed to in writing. We were told NO. It's not going to happen. On top of the brand new vehicle being dirty and the unfriendly staff. From my experience, that's not how you conduct business. I do have the original sales order signed by the manager in my possession. But was laughed at and was told that agreement didn't meant anything by the sales staff. I do not recommend making the trim or waisting time at this one star dealership.

We're sorry that you had a less than completely satisfactory experience. General manager Sam Rhineberger explains that when you were given a worksheet on the vehicle in question. We explained that the total was an estimate and that our business manager would be able to provide you with a final figure after calculating your state taxes and tag fees. Because your home state of Arkansas is not reciprocal with Florida, taxes are required to be collected for both states, increasing your out-the-door price significantly. Worst dealership!
Worst dealership I have ever been to! I been blessed by them in the fact that they let me make payments on a 3700 dollar bill. Unfortunately!! I was told to pick it up Thursday to find that my door panel was detached and put in the front of the seat... The button for the passenger window I spent about $75 on a part that was not installed and no one put floor mats down either it wasn’t taken very good care why here. At least someone who has a less than a 2007 is their truck trashed and disrespected. I went to pick the truck up after them telling me it was ready to give them a day or two to pick it up make sure everything is ready to go. it wasn’t ready, I missed out on $750.00’ that weekend on a job. One of the parts They changed was my Throttlebody, and maybe drove a total of 30 miles not even stopped working, broke down on side the road!!! Let then 20 miles from the vehicle I was told was in all working order! I bring it back up here after been stuck in the side of the road for hours! I had line jobs up for the week, I came back to the dealership to ask for a rental car.. I mean come on!

We?re sorry that you had a less than completely satisfactory experience. Service director Joe Humet says that the vehicle sat at our dealership for the past eleven months until you paid off an outstanding repair balance and he has photo documentation of the vehicle?s condition upon arrival. He explains that our technician installed a new window switch, but had to fabricate door panel clips to replace those that had deteriorated. The faulty throttle body was obtained through a local aftermarket retailer and replaced under that company?s parts warranty. We have provided you with a loaner vehicle until the repairs are complete. This has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. David Burke our salesman is extremely knowledgeable of not only what he sells, but of other car brands as well. He was accommodating, very patient, friendly and kind. From the moment we walked on to the lot, all of the staff was friendly and personable. Even during the negotiation, from the general manger to the finance manager we did not feel rushed or pressured. We knew going to a Jim Browne dealership was the right choice since it is a trusted name but this dealership and especially David have earned us as customers for life.
