CarMax Orlando

I visited on a Wednesday, had an appointment that Friday to buy the car I’d chosen, was unable to go then, so told them I would come the next day and to please make sure the car was ready. Called them that next day to say I was coming, they said sorry but the car was not ready and would be the following Tuesday. Came in Tuesday they said the car was ready, but apparently it had not been ready at the start of the day and they rushed to get it ready. When I was at the point of driving my car away, noticed all these things wrong with the car and that it clearly was Not ready. So they said I could bring it back to get it all fixed. Nightmarw of an experience.

Jason was a good sales guy on top of everything from day one until car reached even on his off day then Cedric finished everything and Alex the manager was awesome as well I would recommend carmax

Our salesperson (John M.) was friendly and very knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a car from CarMax. The paperwork was fast and easy. However, I was frustrated when I couldn't pay a large amount for the extended warranty and a few fees with my debit card which was not working on their machine. In the end, I was able to use a personal check which my salesperson suggested and their business office did not. Anyhow, I'm so happy with my newer car.

Buying experience is excellent. Dealership follow through on 10/30 day warranty is seriously lacking.

CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.
