I came to dealer for an oil change on my leased vehicle. When I arrived and checked in I was greeted by Cheyenne, one of the sales reps and from there I ended up trading my vehicle in and buying a new car. Cheyenne took the time to show me all of my options and even told me about some deals they had which were not posted. She then let my wife and I each drive a vehicle. She was very professional and she made sure our buying experience was smooth. A couple of hours later I left with a new car. No hassles, just a smooth easy transaction. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

This has been the best experience I have ever had buying a car! From the very beginning until I left, I can say everything was perfect. Adrian Perez heard me very carefully, took note of all my requirements and presented me different options from where to choose from. I was consistently impressed with his vast knowledge on all the features I was looking for (so different from my experience at other dealers). He never said "No" or "We can't do that." He went the extra mile to accommodate me and my "Want List". I left super-happy, extremely satisfied with the process and with exactly the car I was looking for. I'm in love with my new car, and I thank Adrian and the rest of the team for helping me get this awesome car. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at Don Mealey Chevrolet. Mitchell Craft made the whole experience a breeze. His expertise in guiding me through the buying process was top-notch. I never felt any pressure and was informed and comfortable throughout the entire buying process. Rich was quite polite and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process even though I made him go back and forth a few times with the paperwork.

My bride and I were considering a new van for our business and dropped in to the store for a look. We were greeted warmly, not pressured and shown what we were interested in without delay.
