We loved our 2011 Prius but no longer needed to have a second vehicle, so we decided to sell it. I contacted 3 of the major players in this market, and I went with AutoNation. The customer service was outstanding, the price was good, and the whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. To be honest, we just wanted the car gone asap, and AutoNation was easy to navigate. I did everything online and made an appointment to take the car in for an inspection. The online form is really a checklist where you indicate the features of the car and what condition each of the major features is in. At my assigned time, I drove the vehicle to the store, and the representative looked over the car and revised the estimate down by a little due to a damaged computer screen (which you cannot report on the online form). (NOTE: The online form is a checklist and does not allow you to explain things much at all. That will happen at the dealership.) I liked the original price I was quoted, and I still liked the new price with the small deduction. I felt no pressure to sell at any point, and I agreed to the new price immediately. I submitted the car title (that I had brought with me), and the representative dealt with the paperwork. After about 30 minutes, he came back with all the forms and I signed. I gave him the keys, and I went home. SUCCESS! I recommend AutoNation when you want to sell your used vehicle.

Overall good experience. Souhail, my salesman took care of everything. After a few glitches and a little too much time for the process to play out, all was taken care of satisfactorily. Would buy another car from Soulhail and this dealership without hesitation.

Just bought my son a car at this dealership and Santiago Cresimbeni was very helpful, kind and respectful. Services at this dealership were professional. Guys are nice and attentive and Santiago was very honest with all the process. I will be returning for another car at this dealership. Thanks for the followup after purchase. Means alot. God bless! I can't forget about the financial department. He was very nice and respectful. Alot of papers to sign but be kept a smile through out the process and even try to help some more. Can't remember his name but he is from Spain (Very nice guys in this dealership).

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received here today. I made an appointment for 11:30AM today to have my Chevy Traverse serviced for a scheduled maintenance and another issue with the wifi system. When I arrived someone started the checkin process and I said here is my "fleet vehicle info" and he responded "oh you need to speak to Justin" and pointed to an empty desk. I walked down to Justin's desk and waited for approximately 10 minutes while others were around, but no one acknowledged me. Eventually the first person came over and handed me a piece of paper and said "Here fill this out and Justin will call you." I mentioned at this time I planned to wait and to which he said, "Oh it will be at least 3 - 4 days before we can look at the issue, outside of the maintenance." I responded that simply servicing the vehicle would be fine and I'd reschedule for the other issue. After an hour of waiting, without being contacted, I walked back from the waiting area to the service advisor area and found Justin. I asked if he received my info and asked how long it would take for my car to be serviced. To which he responded, "Do you want the wifi looked at or not?" I let him know if it was going to take 3-4 days I did not. I then asked how long the maintenance would take and he said, "It will be at least an hour and a half, there are 7 cars ahead of you." I said okay I'll come back. After 3 hours of waiting I texted and asked if there were any updates, to which he responded "on the with wheels-Justin" I told him at that point I would get my wipers approved elsewhere and to let me know if my car service was complete. Ten minutes later I received a text that the car was ready. When I returned to pickup my car, Justin was on the phone, so I waited for about 8 minutes while he spoke, he eventually pulled out the invoice, handed me a pen and pointed where to sign. He never acknowledged me, nor gave me any update on the service performed. I saw my vehicle was in the service drive and I asked if I needed to drive it out, to which he simply said "yes." There were other cars in front and to the side of my car, so the only way to exit was to back out around 50 yards. After owning and servicing many cars at dealerships, I am disappointed in this type of service. My last vehicle was a Toyota, which I routinely had service at AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park and their service was outstanding. I can assure you I will never return here, nor would I consider purchasing a vehicle here. It felt as if they were doing me a favor to help me. It's evident they could use a lesson in customer service here.
