Same as always. Make an appt with Dana or Zack. Come in, wait if it's quick, get a ride with Jen if it's not (yeah Jen, does great). She comes and picks me up. Work is done, truck is clean, great experience! Will do it again. Coupons help on oil and filter changes! Keep them up. (Make some for diesel!)

Paid $200 for oil change on my Pacifica.
Paid $200 for oil change on my Pacifica. There was a black grease marking on drivers side roof. Will not use dealership for any future needs.

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We reviewed your repair order and it looks like you paid $208 for synthetic oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. So sorry about the grease mark. Our techs try very hard to keep our guests' vehicles clean but this may have been missed. If you will email dyannc@advantagecdjr.com with your contact info, we can get you in to have that mark removed.

This dealership was very easy to work with. They were able to give me the bottom line price out the door with minimal information and haggling. I appreciate them meeting me to deliver the car because I live 3 1/2 hours away. Delivery contractor was wonderful.

The technician found the problem order the part I received a call the next day from Shawn made me an appointment. I was out with in 2hours. Best service I’ve had from Chrysler Dealership in Years.
