Scott and his team at Plaza Lincoln have completely...

Scott and his team at Plaza Lincoln have completely changed my outlook on car salesmen for the best. When you walk into the dealership you are immediately treated like family and respected. I have had a horrible experience with a car salesman in the past who over promised and completely undelivered. But I can guarantee you will never receive that type of experience if you work with Scott and his team. When I showed up at the dealership I explained my situation and Scott was extremely empathetic and sincere. He truly went out of his way to help me and explain every single step of the buying process to me despite knowing that I was not ready to purchase a car at that moment. ( I even planned on test driving other cars) Scott was not pushy, aggressive or impatient with me like most care Salesman would be. Scott introduced me to every department head and really worked as hard as he could to ease my mind when it came to buying another new car. There are many dealerships that have low rates online and when you get to the dealership and signing process they add in all these extra fees. This does not happen when you work with plaza Lincoln and Scott. They lay every single piece of the puzzle out for you that way there are no hidden surprises. I left the dealership amazed. It was truly unbelievable that Scott spent so much time with me despite knowing I was going to leave that day not buying a car. I went home evaluated everything Scott and his team went over with me and it was a no brainer that I was going back the next day to buy my brand new 2020 Lincoln Corsair from Scott. What a change of events I went from feeling used and abused and not respected by car salesmen in the past and after working with Scott and his team I will never think that way again. Lincoln is the way to go and not only do they provide beautiful luxury vehicles, they provide a service that is above the luxury standard. Thank you Plaza Lincoln and thank you Scott for over exceeding my expectations of your establishment and sending me home with a vehicle that makes me feel safe on the road and safe with my investment. I wasn’t sure I could get seen without an apt. But my tire was low and I was concerned about something in the tire. The service was quick; opbect found,band tire fixed. 👍. Plus a good car wash. After!

First time there.. Took a little longer than I expected....

First time there.. Took a little longer than I expected. Very cut and dry. Efficient but little explanation. Noticed when I got home that brake lining was in yellow block. Does that mean I have to fix it next time?

The service department is fantastic. The only bad thing is the APP. I attempted to schedule an appointment 3 times with no luck. The APP really sucks.

The dealer has made some great change s in there management things are more professional I didn't feel like I was going to be treated like a chump and they were not just laughing behind the closed doors it's a much better deal kept up the good work a special thanks to our salesman
