Questionable Tactics

Made offer to purchase my vehicle through Cars.com Quick Offer program. Dealers offer competing bids to purchase your car. Drove 90 mins to the dealer as they outbid the other dealers by $2000. Upon arrival, the offer was never looked at. New appraisal was started with the manager. While that was going on, we were sat down to prep us on how used car values are in constant flux. Of course the real offer was thousands below what was offered. It is these tactics that drive people to despise car dealers.

Great service

I had an issue with my battery and got to the dealership just before closing. I figured I would need to wait for the next day to get it replaced. However a technician said he would go ahead and work on it right now. That was great service!

service expensive with paid for "extended warrante

service writers are friendly and helpfuls. but after buying an expensive extended warrantee, still have to pay a $200 deductable to fix a turn signal at trailer connection. cheaper to go to independent garage to get work done.

Excellent salesman

The dealership didn't have the exact Jeep I was looking for, so my salesman Pine took his time to search and find the one I wanted in Clearwater and had it brought over to Deland. I am so pleased. Thank you Pine for your patience and determination!
