Would be five stars but they forgot to rote my tires as I get done every oil change. Also, they marked for cabin and air filter but never asked if I would like it to be done, I would have had these options done by their technician. Well, when I go back, they can do them. Still best service overall from the many Ford Dealers I visit across the west and plain states.
