Experience was as expected. GREAT

I have been dealing with Pearson Nissan of Ocala for over 10 yrs. Never had a bad experience. Would recommend Pearson Nissan to everyone interested in having a great experience both in purchasing or service.

Arrived early for appointment by one hour but was taken...

Arrived early for appointment by one hour but was taken in anyway. Very efficient and timely work that included transmission service. Friendly, competent staff. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Overall Service form the first day I came into the dealer.

Was met by Mason. Caleb was my sales associate. Caleb knows the product probably from front to back better than anyone. However, you do not make a negative comment about the vehicle the customer is trading. Nor do you mention to the customer that the vehicle you are looking at may have a mark or two from being in the back where there is construction. Without going any further, I feel Caleb needs further mentoring on serving customers and making sure he goes over everything concerning the vehicle you are buying. To desperate to make a sale.

Service for vehicle.

Staff was not distancing or wearing masks. Otherwise work was good but I waited 2 1/2 hours and no one came to tell me it would be that long. Staff was friendly but needed to communicate that things would take long and did I need anything.
