Road service response

Our ML350 required a replacement battery. A simple call to the road service number brought a representative to our house. The technician was able swap out the battery as the vehicle was parked in the garage. The response and the corrective action was completed within an excellent time frame. Well appreciated.

GL550

What an outstanding vehicle. TL did a great job working with the team to make this deal happen. I want to thank everyone at this dealership for their outstanding service. Needed a new car

This dealer was so easy to work with and accommodated all my needs. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. They even lowered the price of the car I purchased several times and threw in some freebies too. I would recommend this dealer to a friend for sure!

Want great Service see Mercedes Service Daytona

The repairs to my vintage 2001 CLK were completed in a high professional manner. Dan the service manager and Tim Aldridge were on top of the work. Master mechanic Steve is first rate. Whether parts, service, or reception everyone made me feel like a VIP. I want to give a shout out to Chris who received my car and handle transportation, very nice man.

very happy with the customer service and the attention that they gave me and my husband,. they explained things to us and let us make our decicion whether we would do the service. did not feel pressured at all
