First experience with David and Shane was great. Today with Bryon started out ok soon as he seen the deal was more challenging his attitude was horrible. I have always told people to go there. I will never tell anyone to go there.

Diagnosed wrong and didnt honor warranty
Had a major issue with car when bought under warranty from John Hall Chevrolet Complained 4 separate times over 5 years. Never fixed. Found issue later at another dealer. I had to pay. Showed them the printout of other dealer. Head lady basically implied I was lieing because the computer code would have told them if that was the case . Very rude. I have bought 2 cars from them and have recommended at least 5 others. Never again.

Almost ripped off
Beware of the service department! The ac in my car wasn't working properly and the engine light was on. We took the car to Jon Hall because this is where we bought the car and thought we could trust them. They ran a diagnostic and quoted us $850 claiming the engine thermostat was broken and leaking. We did not have the money to get it serviced so looked up the parts online and spent a total of $35 for a new thermostat, housing an tubes. Before we changed the thermostat and tubes we ran the car for a while so we could see exactly where the leak was. Well, THERE WAS NO LEAK. The coolant was a little low but there was definitely no leak. Even better, before changing the thermostat and housing, my husband tried just cleaning the censor and thermostat and turns out, that's all it needed. My car ac is working better than ever, the coolant is now topped off and NOT LEAKING and we are returning the parts we bought. It's a good thing we didn't give them $850 to clean a censor. We have tried to get our $100 diagnostic fee refunded by the service manager who was nothing but combative with my husband . We have left two messages with her manager and have not heard anything back from them.

STAY AWAY! When my wife and I first went to the dealership to look at cars we already had a few models in mind and a budget set. Once we started speaking to the "salesman" they insisted on showing us cars that were out of our price range or models that we were not interested in. Once we finally were able to get with a car we were happy with started the real nightmares. The financing and price negotiations took almost two hours with them consistently not listening to our limits of a monthly payment and trade-in/money down. They even went as far as to suggest trading in both of our family's vehicles when we were looking to upgrade one because of having a baby on the way. When the purchase was final we were also made to feel as if we had an extended warranty, which when we took the car in to be serviced learned was not the case, and were met with very uncaring reactions. The other huge issue with this place is the service department, when you come in for something as simple as an oil change expect to wait at least 2 hours. And if you decide to stay at the dealership, be prepared for sales people to approach you unsolicited and try to talk you into upgrading or buying another car when all you want is simple maintenance or repairs. Finally the latest issue is when I brought my vehicle in for service I received a vague diagnosis with a quoted price that was 2-3 times the appropriate cost for the job. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager she was not helpful or open-minded at all and instead was combative and dismissive. I will definitely be telling my friends, family and all others to stay away from this place unless you feel like being bullied and ripped off!

Andrus Saviir is not a good salesmen whatsoever. I had to keep constantly repeating myself. Only wanted to hear what he wanted to hear and left me in the dust. Car sold did not even acknowledge me.

I will give it less than a star if I could Purchased two new 2021 Colorado’s needed paint touch up on one and it was horrible did not touch up all of these places will never buy another vehicle there let alone two

I would give them less than a star on their body shop the worst I bought two 2021 Colorado’s and I need Chipped paint on one repaired I will never buy another vehicle from there let alone two
