My sales process with Felix Ramos

After shopping around at other dealerships I was not happy with the services they tried to provide. My son saw this FaceBook post about some guy that helps everyone etc.... I then decided to stop by and see what this EXPIERENCE THE DIFFENCE IS CAR BUYING was all about. So my wife and I decided to take the trip and see what we could find. As we arrived we were greeted by Felix Ramos and I knew at that moment we would be in good hands. He was the guy from the facebook post. I did request some running boards to be put on my New Ford Ranger thinking it would have to be scheduled for a later date and Mr. Felix made sure that we would get them installed the same day and have my truck delivered. I asked him how much is it for delivery? He laughed at me and replied "Mr. Pena I work for you!" Thank you for being my salesman and I will be sending my friends and family to buy from him at Mac Haik Southway Ford.

Quality Customer Service

The wait was a tad long but its understandable. It was a Saturday morning. My salesman has always taken real good care of me and my vehicle. Callaghan (sorry for the misspell) does a great job and I always appreciate his service.

F250 King Ranch

Julian Juarez did a great job in selling me my F250, he worked out every question and concerns I had, he made it easy to buy and finance with Francisco went smooth also. I was very impressed with Southway Ford after having a bad experience with Northside Ford.

Process was very quick. Salesperson Amaro was excellent. The only problem I had was that the vehicle purchased was very filthy. It was a gift for my husband and the truck was very dirty.
