I will never go back, the financial person Robert or Bob

I will never go back, the financial person Robert or Bob is the most disrespectful person, he will talk down to you and not know anything about what Ford offers for this reason I will never go back. This has been the worst buying experience of my life. Please avoid this dealership, they do not negotiate the prices, and the lot looks like a junk yard not a Ford dealership

They quote you one price and then they doubled the price

They quote you one price and then they doubled the price for the same exact work! They don’t care if you like it or not! The building reflects them exactly a dump

The people were nice, but the markups were ridiculous.

The people were nice, but the markups were ridiculous. Over $5K, including the sales tax. I walked away and drove 2 hours back home. I'll buy from a private seller to avoid this kind of crap.

Worst customer service on the planet.

Worst customer service on the planet. I will never go there again even if I have to walk. They were not honest and for what I had done it should not have taken two weeks. I still have not received phone call and response to questions I had about the cost. Place is a dump. People do not have any customer service training. They do not know how to take care of customers there. I wonder if all of the locations are that way. I would never never ever in my entire life by a vehicle there or go back for any kind of deal for service. Beware they are not user friendly and especially towards women.

Deceptive Advertiser - Be Warned

Deceptive Advertiser. They are very frustrating to deal with. They advertise for a certain price - you say I'd like to buy it for that price. Well, you can't. It is actually $4-6K more due to MANDITORY OPTONS and costs (you don't have a trade and it actually costs YOU $1000). Scam? Certainly scam-ish. Don't believe me - ask them to buy for the price they have it listed for. Can't be done. They'll have bogus packages you have to buy that are just pure profit.

Scammers

I bought a 2013 Ford F 150 at Plattner Ford Dealer. The truck is completely rusted underneath. I found out a few months after purchasing the truck. I went back to talk to a manager and asked for them to something about it but they refused. They scammed me by selling me a truck that is a danger on the road. I kept driving the truck praying it would hold up. But unfortunately about 6 weeks ago the front wheel broke off and i almost got into an accident. I had the truck towed to a car repair shop where they assess the truck and told me the bad news saying they would not even touch the truck because all of the underneath is crumbling off and is about the fall apart. Now I had not car but stuck with a still 24000 dollar car loan and had to go out to buy another car to get around and get another car loan. Plattner Ford is bad business! They are a total scam!!!

Major hidden fees

$6,000 for paint protection and LoJack!!! On an 8-year-old car. I could get the car repainted cheaper. And why do I have to have lojack. Wow.

New truck no extra charge for the dent

Bought a new truck there two weeks ago. place is a dump at best. Not what I expect at a NEW car dealer ship. Salesperson didn't know the product or the procedures. After arriving home with my truck found a small dent in the driver door. I got a "I'm sorry" from the salesperson and completely ghosted by everyone else. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a NEW car or truck to be free of dents. At this point it's not even about the dent it's about the complete lack of care or attention from the dealership. I guess that's to be expected from something that could double for a used car lot from the 70s

Horrible dealership with no concern about customer

Sent multiple messages about a new F150 and never got anything back but a generic email. I have drove ford trucks for years now and trade every 5 years. I contacted 2 other dealerships and they called me back within a few hours. Would not use this dealership. Murray Ford in Starke, Fl and Roundtree Moore ford in Lake City, Fl are both great dealerships to deal with.
