My wife and I purchased this vehicle on 11/18/2022. Charlie Caron, our salesman, is nothing less of superior. If it wasn't for him, we would've left, he made the selection of the vehcile simple for us to match our needs, now the worst experience came from dealing with their finace department. THIS REVIEW is based on our experience when finalizing the deal and has NOTHING to do with our sales consultant Charlie Caron, because if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be dealing with Ancira. This review should not reflect on his hard work. A month and a half later we find out that our credit application was never completed correctly initially by the finance department, we worked with a person by the name of Vaugh Erik Moore who rushed us thru this entire process, because, they were "busy". Now we find out, because it wasn't done thoroughly and correctly, we are now being put in the middle of a situation. We contacted GM Financial who informed us that the vehicle's application and funding was returned to the dealership due to a discrepancy with interest rates, and at the same time the dealership covering up asking us to fill in another credit application and not being thorough with my transcation. Come to find out that there's been no funding approved for this vehicle for a whole month and now we have to re-run our credits? I don't think so, consumers should know their rights, this was the WORST experience OVERALL in purchasing a new vehicle. No transparency with the customer, No integrity and honesty with the customer, and not even being able to get a call back or an apology for this entire experience from their General Manager, Darrell Dixon is even more frustrating. The salesman, was great, Charlie Caron, was super helplful, but other than him, the experience was completely ruined by the finance department.

Great experience buying a new vehicle
Betty was my sales representative and she did an amazing job. I have extensive customer service and sales experience before obtaining my physics neuroscience PhD, which makes me Feel qualified enough to say she was exceptional at her job and a valuable asset to the dealership. I always aimed to be top sales at my company, but I don?t think I would want to compete with her. I think she sold 3 vehicles while working with my girlfriend and I, yet we never once felt like she wasn?t helping us at that instant. We visited several dealerships because both my girlfriend and I got vehicles last week, and she was miles beyond anyone else we spoke with. Going to buy a new vehicle can be a dreadful process, but this is not the case when working with Betty. I think this is because she has an intrinsic nature to care for and want the customer to get what they are looking for. It was a great experience for us. Thanks! Click

$2000 Up-Charge on every vehicle!!!!
Be ready...they are adding $2000 of dealer accessories to every car on the lot. I was at the dealership for 3 hours, as a set price GM employee, and they did not disclose the up-charge until signing. When I said they needed to take it off or I wasn't buying, the "best they could do" was give me the upgrades "at cost" which was still $1400 or so. The upgrades are a taillight modification, interior protection plan, paint protection (basically door handle and door edge color matched vinyl stickers), window tint and more...all at a price of roughly $299 or more each. They are holding buyers hostage, taking advantage of lower available inventory. I had to drive to Castroville, but at North Park Chevy, I got an LT instead of an LS, window tint and vin etching (by choice), AND even sprung for gap coverage. I only paid $90 more than what Ancira wanted to charge me. Yes, you read that right...I went up a trim level, got accessories and protection I actually wanted, and only paid $90 more!!!! Buyer beware.
