Gunn Buick

Courteous staff, not pushy. Explained all the different features and the differences between models. The buying process was done efficiently and I went home with a beautiful new car. Many thanks to Gunn dealership for the great service!

Horrible Service

Typical dealership. Go in to have something specific repaired and they tell you what you thought was the problem wasn?t the problem and convince you to pay for repairs for a different issue, then once those repairs are done??.. now you need to fix what you originally took the vehicle in for . Total crooks and service is horrible.

Lack of communication!!

Experience with service department was horrible. Was told my warranty was canceled had to call the warranty company who then indicated warranty was still in effect and not expired. When vehicle was taken into service it was a total of 3 weeks from start to finish. Frank the service department manager was absolutely no help at all. Based on my experience with the service department I'll never purchase a vehicle from Gunn Buick/ GMC.

Great Salemenship at Gunn Buick

Mr. Fisher was patient and informative when speaking to my family about my new vehicle. The process was made easier as he walked me through each step and taught me how to get to know my vehicle.
