Took longer than expected.

Took longer than expected. Four hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess for the $20 discount coupon I used, I was in it for the long haul. Still cheaper there than to do it myself so had to deal with the wait. Techs did not air my tires to spec either, left them as is. Standard service, nothing spectacular.

When I arrived at the dealership, and they didn't have

When I arrived at the dealership, and they didn't have the exact truck I wanted so they offered to try and locate one at another dealership. The one they found exceeded my expectations. Randy was helpful in showing me how to sign up for OnStar. When I went to sign loan documents, I was not prepared to make decisions about extended warrant plan and other services, so I accepted the extended warranty. Later after I thought about it, I decided to cancel it, and Manny was helpful in making the arrangement.

I'm a consumer and was at the dealership looking at a

I'm a consumer and was at the dealership looking at a truck on July 23rd with Braden(Nice kid). He went to get Piotr Zelaskowski when inquired about paying out of my TRUST account. Piotr said yes. Then asked how. I said I'd write a check out of the TRUST. He then flew off the handle claiming I'm trying something I seen on tiktok. I told him I don't have tiktok and I'm being serious. He refused my business. I offered to show him the UCC codes and USC codes which all business and corporation's must follow and would validate what I'm saying. He agreed, then as I opened my book to show him he told me to leave the property. I've never been treated so rude and disrespectfully like this by a representative of any company in my life. I emailed the General Manager about this and he never responded. This site won't let me rate 0 stars, that's what they deserve. I'm filling complaints with BBB, Consumer reports and the DMV.

Purchased a used vehicle.

Purchased a used vehicle. Great responsiveness and communication over text and email. Efficient, honest and direct, no hidden fees, very fair price. Great experience with Fernando (sales) and Manny (finance). Even though we are 90 minutes away in Austin, we are coming back to Gunn for all our future used and new purchases.
