Service Rep did not communicate clearly.
Service Rep did not communicate clearly. Appt 7am - asked when car will be ready was told lunch time. For me that is between 12pm and 1pm. Got a service email estimate noting a promised time of 6:30pm. That was the second unclear change communication. Called for status around 12:30pm, was kept on hold for 3-5 minutes. Was then of by the rep they were having issues with the upload, I guess the reason for the delay. Did not receive any communication about delays or issues. Received text at 2:48pm car was ready. Asked for clarification of work completed. Received “Yup! All services done.” Made my own arrangements for a ride..Picked up car after 4pm. Requested a car wash, which was not done well. Experiencing issues with the radio, hope the upload was done properly. Was not having issues before. Will follow up if it continues.
