I went in to look had no intention of buying a jeep had intentions to buy a Silverado, these folks made me a deal I couldn’t refuse and I got my dream vehicle. I’m 66 yrs old and I’ve wanted a jeep since I was 16, couldn’t afford one then, family comes along and I need a grocery getter but at 66 I get my dream truck and relive my youth all at the same time. Th service is so bad I wish not to commit from sales to service bad business.

My experience with Gainesville Chrysler Dodge was very poor. After I purchased my vehicle I was promised another spare key. After several calls and leaving message I have not received a call back. Since my purchase the old days is no longer there. I’ve made a few attempts in person and have not been granted my spare key.

Since the new management this place turned 180 degrees to the best! I used to service my ram in Orlando to avoid going there but not anymore .Dennis Rubashsa and Kristan have been great!
