The best new car buying experience I have ever

The best new car buying experience I have ever experienced. Sales Consultants and Sales Manager put in positive effort to meet my preferences on the model I selected. The Financial Manager was respectful and I enjoyed working with him. Overall the experience was very good. ?

Jos� was such a great salesperson.

Jos� was such a great salesperson. He waited for us on a Monday evening and was patient showing us various cars. Financing was super easy and we were out in under 2hrs. Definitely would buy from them again.

The service advisor remembered me and the car from our

The service advisor remembered me and the car from our last visit. We took a short road trip to diagnose the issue. He wrote it up and secured me a new loaner for the day or two it might take..customer lobby was nice, clean, comfortable and had light snacks. And the service was done on time

Wonderful team!

Wonderful team! Very pleasant atmosphere while waiting for my car. I always go back for the friendly staff and the kindness they also extend to my dog.

Best service I have ever had -- better than Benz,

Best service I have ever had -- better than Benz, Cadillac, Lexus, Lincoln, Volvo. Will recommend them for service. Sales -horrible. In the last 5 years I bought 3 Subarus. Gilliam had all 3 cars I wanted; 2 of the 3 I walked out of Gilliam showroom, went to other dealers and actually paid more for the Subarus -- I simple could not get the Gilliam people to close the deal -- always trying to screw me one more time -- the old sale man - manager game. One of the 3 Subarus I did buy from Gilliam Subaru Southwest and it was painful -- lots of game playing, even though I was willing to pay the price listed on their website.

On September 8, 2025, I went in to get an oil change n Ismal greeted me and was very professional n ready to assist me. He told me when my car would be ready n he was right on time, so kudos to Ismal. Very pleased with the wait as well. Thanks Subaru

Horrible!

Horrible! I ordered a part from them nearly a month ago. Paid in full plus $25.00 shipping. Haven't received it. They said FedEx doesn't pickup from them. No one will call me back now. Full price PLUS the extra shipping. Nothing. Do not order from them!
