We love working with Gainesville Mercedes! We have purchased several cars and trucks from them and we have lots of our Mercedes serviced here. The staff is awesome!! (Especially ANGIE, MATT and GARY!) These people are top notch and go above and beyond to make you happy and feel like family. They only have the HIGHEST quality vehicles available and the sales and services to match

Angela took the ball from Matt and continued to expedite

Angela took the ball from Matt and continued to expedite the process of my sale. Because the nature of my sale was somewhat long distance, this required efficient and concise communication. In this capacity especially, she was superb. She provided clear instructions and answered all my questions promptly and concisely. She also provided several videos and photos that eased my anxiety about completing the entire transaction without ever sitting foot in the dealership. The transport process was flawless as well. My CLE 53 Cabriolet arrived at my doorstep in pristine condition. I would certainly consider another purchase from her team, even though I am located in South Florida.

My client Advisor, Angela Monroe was warm and caring even

My client Advisor, Angela Monroe was warm and caring even before I entered and gave me a very relaxed experience. It was business with a casual feeling that went a long way assuaging my fears of any hard pressure sales. I knew what I was looking for and she brought me right to the car of my dreams and the rest, as they say, is history. I am thrilled with my new (almost new) car and can't thank Angela enough for her professionalism and care for the customer!

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process of purchasing our new-to-us car. He was kind and genuine and thoughtful. When an issue arose he quickly and calmly fixed it. Eric seemed to genuinely want to help us get the vehicle our family needed and thanks to him, we were able to.

I felt that this dealership had some problems but not in service which is excellent and not in their salesman Eric Corley. I have leased 4 Mercedes Benz from Eric. He is on top of what it is you want and finds the car that meets your needs .He also takes you through the process until the end. After the sale, he has helped me with many different concerns and explanations that have come up.. To me, Eric Corley is like a member of my family.

Ken Davis has been and continues to be the best.

I just bought my second Mercedes & Curt Curtis is the same person as he was 10 yrs ago when I bought my first one. His great smile, energetic attitude & the feeling that he cares about you is something you don’t forget. His professionalism & helping nature can’t be beat. My granddaughter who is 13 now would wait with me in the lobby at a young age while my vehicle was being serviced. Her fond memories when she would see the Mercedes symbol was of Mr. Curt, the Jelly Bean Man. We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C 43 AMP 2 Door

We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C 43 AMP 2 Door Coupe from this dealership. It started with the General Manager Jeff Wolfson who was extremely professional, greeted us at the front door with smiles and cold water (from our 1.5hr drive) and was very accommodating as we had to drive from Jacksonville to Gainesville in order to test drive the vehicle, as well as trade-in our current vehicle and didn't get there until after 5pm due to traffic. He had the car we were interested in completely detailed and ready for us to test drive just as soon as we pulled up. From there, we were introduced to Tom Scribner, Client Advisor, who knew every in/out detail of the vehicle and quickly took us for the test drive, which we loved. Next, we were off to meet with Gary Martin, Financial Services Manager to discuss terms of financing with Mercedes Benz. We liked what we heard; therefore, we pulled the trigger on financing directly with the dealership, even though we had already secured financing prior to arriving. All in all, we were there roughly 45 minutes, and in that time, we met with the GM, the Client Advisor (Sales), and also the Finance Manager to get the deal closed. I've purchased many vehicles over the course of my time driving (35+years) but never had I experienced such a level of service like the one here at Mercedes Benz of Gainesville. I would highly recommend this Dealership in Gainesville Florida to anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz. Be prepared for NEXT LEVEL service!
