Excellent experience with one exception. Kyle Tompkins was very helpful. The assistance with updating our car insurance was greatly appreciated and our visit with Matthew in the finance office was fine. But on the model we looked at, the Gainesville Nissan website showed that there was a $5,000 special discount off the MSRP and this was not honored, so we ended up paying $5,000 more than we expected to.

Carlos is an extremely wonderful person. He knew what I wanted, what I needed, and how he could make it happen. Buying a car is stressful and hard, but with Carlos it was easy! We took a selfie after buying my car because he made it happen and I look forward to seeing him again.
