Gainesville Nissan

I had been searching for a new vehicle for a couple of weeks and happened to come across this '23 Nissan Pathfinder in Gainesville, FL. Problem (or something I thought) was that I live in Columbia, SC. I called to inquire about the vehicle anyway and was connected with Carlos. He made the experience so smooth and gave me such a peace of mind even though I was out of state. Throughout the entire process he provided different alternatives, kept me informed and was not pushy at all. We needed a courtesy vehicle to pick us up from the airport and Bob was so fun to ride with. He was so friendly and kept us smiling the entire ride. We also met Elijah who was just as pleasant and light hearted to talk to in person as he was on the phone. The finance guy who helped us (I think his name was Brandon) was nice also. He was quick, accurate and friendly. Overall this experience was a 10/10! I will definitely look for another vehicle at Gainesville Nissan in the future.

I took my nephews Nissan rogue to Gainesville Nissan and will regret it forever. They should call a few of the crappy employees rogues instead of the vehicle. The Nissan should be called a Nissan xxx. Total garbage with the lawn mower engine in it. The service department has no problem saying your a LIAR. I would rather walk than drive a xxx from this dealership. I bet the owner doesn't drive a Nissan.
