I was in an accident and took my car to this dealership

I was in an accident and took my car to this dealership to see if drivable back home 210 miles south. They said no. I contacted insurance co. and after 28 days I went to pick up and the estimate rose from the $8,640.96 given and approved by insurance on 8/2/23 to $11,488.53 which I was never told of nor my insurance aware on 8/14/23. I had to pay the $11,488.53to get my car back out of my pocket and hopefully will be reimburse later. The whole experience was the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I repeatedly asked service adviser Mr. Borch Bastien to have the service manager or manager of dealership to call me and they never did. This service department is customer no service. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPT. take your car somewhere else. I have to contact the BBB and Secretary of state of FL I was told and I will. But a warning to anyone thinking of getting your car serviced here. unfortunately the person I worked with is not even listed on below as a person working with this company. After being 210 miles from my home in an accident I had no recourse but to deal with them since they were listed as only dealership representing Infiniti in Gainesville FL. No customer service, communication and I called them almost daily for 3 weeks to my service advisor. I am a 70 year old recent widow and feel taken advantage of and will report to the state. This was the WORST dealership experience I have had in the 55 years I have owned cars in 4 states.

This issue is still not resolved. I am out of pocket $2,850.00 due to incompetent people at this dealership and over charged my insurance for labor and the insurance said it was too high and they won't pay all of it. They said they did not hear from you after I picked up my car and was hit with a surprise of almost $3,000 more than I was told. I came with the $8,600.00 to pay and was told I had to pay over $11,000.00 bill to get my car. Buyer beware here.

I would appreciate all you can do to help me with the insurance co. Over your high labor cost that they do not want to pay. Are your prices that much higher than most insurance companies are not willing to pay? Can you consider reimbursing me for the extra you charged that they say are too high? Can you try and work this out with auto club of the south auto insurance from AAA to resolve this issue of my $2,200 besides my out of pocket $500.00?

I have a hard time answering "would I recommend this...

I have a hard time answering "would I recommend this dealership" question, because the the salesperson, Gervaunte, was exceptional. The finance guy was great. The sales manager, was, frankly, not so great. We purchased a Nissan Rogue, and we are thrilled with the vehicle, with one rather major exception. The previous owner failed to turn in both key fobs, and the one they did turn in was broken. Gainesville Nissan graciously ordered a replacement fob for us at no cost, but the Sales Manager patently refused to replace the broken key fob, since "it works." But the didn't disclose to us that it was broken until we signed all the paperwork, which is a little disappointing, and since we did just agree to give them a rather large sum of money, replacing a broken key fob seems to be the right thing to do. So, thumbs down to you. You just made everyone in your entire dealership look like schmucks. Shame on you. I won't mention you by name. You know who you are. Our sales rep, Gervaunte deserves 5 stars. He was exceptional, he knew the vehicles, he was friendly, he was great to work with. He was a rock star. The Finance department deserves 5 stars. The financing process was painless and simple. But, the guy who thinks replacing a broken key fob on a vehicle his company is getting close to $30K for needs to be shown the door, especially when he was unable to provide the customer with the usual 2 keys to the vehicle to start with. That is not customer service. The stars in the bottom portion of this rating do not apply to the Sales Manager. He does not deserve any stars as far as I am concerned.

Elijah Miller met me at the dealership. Listened to me and showed me what I wanted. Never pushed me or steered me in another direction. He was up front with the sale. Never Pushy, I the buyer was very pushy and demanding but he listened and was patient and smiled. I left with my new Rogue and am very happy. Go see Mr. Elijah Miller at Gainesville Nissan if you ever need a car. You will leave very happy and with a smile. Deal only with Mr. Miller. Was mocked by employee for being careful

I was mocked by one of their employees. I went in today to have an airbag recall addressed. I parked my car in the queue and went to my trunk to grab something. As I am returning to my driver-side door to wait, an employee comes up and asks for my key. Since he is not wearing a mask and not socially distancing I step back and reach out as far as I can to give him the key. I walk away but forgot to get something from my car and so I turn around and walk back. That is when I see the employee talking to another employee mimicking my actions and laughing. I told him that I did that because he was not wearing a mask and I don't appreciate being mocked. He states he is not mocking me and hurries back indoors. I don't know how else to define mimicking a customer's actions and then laughing. There are no mask mandates and the employee can do whatever he wants based on his own beliefs but, due to this pandemic, I have lost my business and some loved ones so I will continue to take actions to protect myself and those around me (even if they openly mock me). Another employee stepped in and was gracious and understanding though I made the decision to leave and have the recall issue taken care of by another Nissan dealership at a later date.
