Arriving at Beck some super friendly person showed me where I needed to be, ones in the service office the same happened here friendly person behind the desk, confirming my appointment and 45 min later the job was already done. Now up to the cashier and I need to be honest here as well, friendly people but who wouldn’t be if they bring you money 😉. All in all not a bad experience, will I go back I probably will, hopefully I will have the same experience.

Excellent customer service answered all my questions and did everything just right even got the air pressure in the tires correct which may seem insignificant but shows that details matter most places including Mercedes do not change the tire pressure at tire rotation s I will highly recommend

As always I was very pleased with the service I get at Beck. Tyler is fantastic! I only have one issue with the new way to get the coupon for the car wash. It's very cumbersome! This time I had to contact Tyler to resend the text. Bring back the old paper coupon for the car wash! It seems no one likes the new text method, including the attendant at the car wash! Funny how the Sales Manger I talked to about the new 2027's had no clue about the new driver cameras that surveil you and can shut off or not let you start the vehicle! I will not be getting a new 2027 if what the news is saying about them. Thank you!
