Great experience buying a used Audi.

Great experience buying a used Audi. Simple and quick negotiations, prompt paperwork. I would especially mention terrific service form Joane, who helped me. Overall - full satisfaction.

Saleman was bad, ignored my call and text after car was purchased. My trade never paid off by audi more than a month of waiting until now as of 2/7/2023. Car was purchased on 1/3/2023

Saleman was bad, ignored my call and text after car was purchased. My trade never paid off by audi more than a month of waiting until now as of 2/7/2023. Car was purchased on 1/3/2023. I have owned 3 audi on the past and all purchased from sewell, which is the best dealership with best customer service ever. And this is my fourth audi and purchased with Audi central and it is the worse audi dealership in houston area. do not recomended this dealer to anybody. Please stay away from it.

Outstanding service!

Great personalized service! The entire team was great in describing options with the sale of the new car, handling the trade-in with my old car, and guiding me through the electronics and apps. A pleasure to walk in the front door and have knowledgable folks who walk you through every step in the process of learning about new cars, options, and the trade-in with my old car. The could not have been more courteous!

My worst car buying experience in decades!

READERS BEWARE! After Audi Central Houston and I had a binding contract for the purchase of a car on Dec. 9, 2022, they changed the terms of the contract and refused to sell me the car unless I provided my thumbprint. I am a law abiding citizen and proud of it but that added demand was absurd. I did not lease or finance the car. Additionally, one key fob didn’t work but they promised to have it working by the time the paperwork was finished. Upon completion, they handed me the two key fobs but didn’t voluntarily tell me one key fob still didn’t work. After pressing them, I was told to go to a Fiat dealership and they would take care of me. I was also assured I could get my disability plates. They lied and now I have to replace my new plates as soon as I get them. There wasn’t even enough gas in the 11.9 gallon tank to get me home. I did NOT want to leave negative feedback so I contacted Sonic Automotive, their corporate office in Charlotte NC and I personally emailed their manager, Neil Mathew, requesting they make ANY attempt to address an angry customer. I was ignored but have received four HARASSMENT requests to post my experience. So if you are considering a purchase from Audi Central Houston and want an experience like mine, I strongly recommend the dealership.
