    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! This has been the worst dealership experience EVER by FAR, they know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about customer service! So... I got a nail in my tire so my husband drove my SQ5 there on Tuesday to get the tire replaced since they’re under the replacement warranty. Upon arrival, my husband was told that they couldn’t give me a loaner because I didn’t make an APPOINTMENT!!??? Like ok yeah let me look into the future next time and see when I am going to get a nail in my tire to schedule it for sure. That is totally and absolutely ridiculous to say the least. They said that they barely have enough loaners for people with appointments!! Sounds like they need to get enough loaner vehicles to be able to support the volume of daily customers. I’ve had this happened to me before when I had my S4 and I took it to Sewell Audi North Houston (I used to live close to them but not anymore unfortunately) totally last minute and they gave a loaner without a problem because you know, they are actually prepared to HELP their customers and know about customer service and how to make a stressful situation a bit more pleasant for the customer. They are also prepared with 150 loaner vehicles in their loaner fleet. Anyways, so Central Audi doesn’t have my tire in stock so they ordered it and I am left without any other means of transportation for the rest of Tuesday. Wednesday my husband has to drop me off to work and I am told my car would be ready by noon. Noon rolls around and I text the service advisor and he says it’s not ready yet, the tire hasn’t even made it to the dealership but that he will let me know as soon as its done. 2 o’clock rolls around and I call since I leave work at 3 and need to know if I need to get my husband to come pick me up or take an uber there, the person that finally answered said my car is ready. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known my car was ready before it was time for me to leave work!! I take an uber there and as I am walking in, the service guy texts me and says they are putting the tire on now….at this point I’m confused and irritated because I was told my car was ready. Turned out my car was ready so I finally get it back and this horrible experience was finally over. I can safely say that I won’t be returning to this dealership again and will stick to Sewell Houston North from here on out. That’s the place to be if you want if you want an amazing overall experience and they won’t leave you stranded without a vehicle to get around town, go experience the Sewell difference for yourself!

    I requested...where is the spare smart key for this vehicle. I was given one smart key for the vehicle. My sales rep said he would contact the former... owner for the spare. I never received a call or email concerning my request. I was tricked on purchasing windshield repair warranty. I have yet to receive paperwork/contract via mail or email on my 3 year warranty that I purchased on the 2012 Evoque.

    i have been researching used honda crv low mileage for 8 months. i am a quality assurance practitioner. i have advanced knowledge in assessing charges... versus usual and customary costs. central audi was the lowest in the nation for a 2006 L.E. honda with only 42000 miles. one ower car and no accidents. it looks like new. well maintained as documented on the carfax. no one ever tried to sell me something. matt took care of me throughout the process. another salesperson who had been a luxury mechanic spent time with me discussing the research i had done. J.T. we both concurred the toyota RAV is not so good of a drive as the honda CRV. everyone was willing to get in the weeds in discussing used hondas. the coffee is to die for. very comfortable. i paid midpoint of private party range for total drive out cost. thrilled. it looks like a new car. this dealership has the lowest number of days on the lot for used cars in texas! i believe it. i almost bought a car in florida the week before. no one can beat their prices on used cars in houston. matt even made me another key for free. i will buy another vehicle here in 4 years. just keep in mind when deciding on a final drive out cost. add 20 percent to advertised price. i am thrilled with the price even with the 20 percent add on to sales price. just keep that in mind when you are deciding on the final sales price.

    LET ME JUST START WITH THIS: YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A "HIGH END" DEALERSHIP THEY WOULD DELIVER HIGH END SERVICE....... I called about a vehicle... they had on the lot and tried getting prices. We were super excited and I explained to the gentleman that we wanted the Jeep, as soon as I started talking about the price and asking about the vehicle he explained to me that they would want to sit with us and talk. We made an appointment at 9:45 AM, We drove 3.5 almost 4 hours with traffic, we woke up at 5:30 to drive all the way there on our day off (we are from New Braunfels). I told the guy we were for sure going to drive off the lot with the vehicle and we would want to do what ever we had to to get the vehicle, even if that meant sitting down with them in person. We got there 15 minutes early. As soon as I went back the sales man, he went to get the keys, someone was already out test driving it and ended up buying the vehicle we were getting. Not even to mention the manager was "so busy" he couldn't even come apologize or anything as the sales guy had to keep relaying messages back and fourth, let alone no one even mentioned a deposit seeing how I explained very clearly we WERE DRIVING OFF THE LOT WITH THE JEEP AND WOULD DO ANYTHING IT TOOK TO DRIVE OFF THE LOT WITH IT. My step dad called to speak with the manager to see what was going on and after a few attempts at calling them and leaving voicemails I highly doubt we will be hearing from them. Highly highly disappointed, and definitely don't suggest anyone trying to buy a vehicle from them. If this doesn't explain how unorganized they are I'm not sure what will....
