Very good experience,buying a car.very professional salesmen, knowledgeable and pleasant.the whole procedure was shorter than what I expected. The Audi q5 was clean and well prepared.

Great service and salesmen .buying was a very pleasant and easy process ,paperwork and informative.

Non responsive. Hidden fees for coatings that aren't on the car. Do not pay for them. They say its already on the car but I told them I wouldn't buy the car if I had to pay for the coatings. Several hours and some magic process later they were able to remove the coatings from the car. Verify the vehicle pricing as well on thr site it had one price and the paperwork I was sent the vehicle was $1k more. I had to have them go on their own website to view the price they had it listed for to correct it.

My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!

Satisfactory. All questions were answered. Salesman was nice and courteous. Jonny Harris took care of all our questions and needs. Although he did not agree to provide a golf bag which was on display, but he did good.

I had a great experience with Jonathan Harris and Yuri Poshumensky. They were patient, answered all my questions, and made the buying process smooth. I highly recommend their services!

My experience with them was excellent, it was my second car with a trade involved and it was seamless.
