Jamie was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was patient and answered our questions in a very timely manner even after we made the purchase.

Although we really like the car we purchased (which we already knew we would), the process was like pulling teeth to get the sales manager to get the numbers where they needed to be (manager never came to greet). The actual signing process took a very long time to get called up, and when we did get called up?the F&I lady was horrible, zero customer service skills from her. It seemed like she didn?t care at all. However kudos to Johnny, our salesperson, for getting the deal done and finally laughing WITH us toward the end of the transaction. Thank God we were able to get it all wrapped up.

Found an interesting vehicle to look at through CARMAX available here and am so glad I set up an appointment to test drive it. Christopher Hall was my Sales Person and he was amazing! This is one of the best experience buying cars. I purchased many cars in the past and Audi Central is the best. I bought Q8 etron fromn them last year and had a similar experience. Jamie Pinckard helped me through the whole process and Jeff Restrepo (manager) was amazing. A+ experience and would definitely recommend anyone to give them a chance.

Read your contract carefully. Finance person tried to over charge interest rate and then slipped in more service contracts while quickly getting us out the door despite me telling her all I wanted was GAP. Good news is you can cancel everything for a refund except their Permaplate add on at $899. Bad news is it takes time out of your day.
