This Service Department is the best! From the time you walk in the door, Carl and Rick provide a friendly, thorough, and courteous service environment. The mechanics did a quick and professional job with my vehicle. It is nice to be able to actually look forward to a service appointment!!!

I originally went to purchase a 2019 Toyota RAV4; however, I noticed that there was a 2020 Hybrid in stock. After speaking with a salesman about the two vehicles we were able to settle on the Hybrid model. When I arrived the salesman immediately welcomed me warmly and began the process of explaining the vehicles to me. Then, as I am new to purchasing new vehicles, he explained the process and walked me through it. The whole time he was very courteous as were the other staff members I encountered. Overall the dealership provides a warm sales atmosphere, understands their vehicles and is willing to educate, and does not take advantage of the customer. Best in class in my book.

The front desk guys are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable; the mechanics are thorough and quick; and the costs are very reasonable. It's pretty common for them to get through the routine service or some issue within 30 minutes of me dropping off the vehicle (and I should have just waited). I have taken my vehicle to Don Wood for service for 20-plus years and have never had a problem with anything they've done. If anything, they've treated my car better than I do, and that's saying something! We've purchased two vehicles (both Toyota Corollas) from Don Wood as well, and the cars have been great.

They were quick and efficient replacing my van’s power door cable. They even got it covered under a warranty extension program I wasn’t aware of.
