Michael Orth's review for QX60 purchase

I recently purchased a QX60 from West Houston INFINITI. Michael Rasco was the salesman I worked with. Michael was great. He was informative, patient with the changes we decided on through the process. He certainly knew the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. He showed my wife all of the specs on the vehicle that she will be using on a day to day basis. I should add that I do not like the process of buying a car. In my past experience, salesmen have been pushy and unwilling to listen to negotiation. This experience was quite different. Michael was not pushy and maintained the boundaries that I set at the start of the process. I would rate my experience with Michael Rasco as very good and would recommend to a friend. Michael Orth

Consumer

I had a remarkable experience at West Infiniti. After having a bad experience someone else, I was able to come in and they took care of me in time. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and everyone had wonderful personalities. I will never use another dealership! They are now home to me!
