I have nothing but good things to say about my car buying
I have nothing but good things to say about my car buying experience with Cavender Chevrolet Starting with my sales person, Harold I sent an information request on cargurus.com Harold responded to me first thing the next morning while all the other dealers waited until the afternoon to contact me. within minutes of contacting me Harold sent me pictures videos and information on the car. I was interested in. Even after the first car I was interested in sold before I was able to get to the leadership. he followed up with a second choice which I ended up buying. Harold was very persistent in holding my attention. Even while I was receiving phone calls and texts from other dealers, showing me other vehicles available that I had inquired about that morning, he was able to convince me that the car he was showing me. was the right choice for me and at the end of the day it was the right choice and he did it with customer service, and product knowledge. It was a great car buying experience from start to finish Harold is a true warrior.

They know their trucks. Jason was great and kept me up to date on service progress (even called on his day off). The techs were able to find and repair an issue that "others" were not able to. Good work guys!
