fantastic place

Baker came thru for me on buying a new car , best place in town in my opinion really good staff , Diane was very helpful assiting with my plates and follow up questions

i will say this was the cleanest dealership i went to , Diane was really helping me out with my questions , the owner manual was way to big to find what i needed

Great Experience Beginning to End!

Was greeted immediately upon my arrival by Rolando Murillo who immediately got my service under way. He kept me informed of the progress throughout my wait and when my car was ready, Stephanie handled my payment transaction efficiently and in a very friendly way! Was a GREAT experience from start to finish and my car was running like new when I left. Great job by all!

Unprofessional Salesman

I met with Jamal who was 15 minutes late for our appointment. My intentions were to purchase a car for my daughter, however, that changed due her father wanting to be involved in the process. Jamal’s demeanor changed once we asked to see cats under 13,000. As we went outside to look at these cars he started smoking a cigarette which I found totally disrespectful and definitely unprofessional. I have cancer and was very offended. Jamal was no longer the pleasant salesman we first encountered. He became aggressive with his words. My daughter and I became uncomfortable and decided to end our appointment.

great selection

i had been looking thru cars for awhile and Baker always had the best options , i finally went up there and was able to get the color and model i wanted nice staff Diane was my after purchase contact and set up my app for my phone Nissan Connect
