I came in wanting to trade my car in for a Nissan Rogue. Simon was who helped us right as we walked in and was great throughout the entire process. Everyone else who we came in contact with was super helpful and nice, and worked with what we wanted. I would recommend y'all to anyone who is looking for a new car. Thank you for your service! 10+!

With Iggy Nzegwu as my salesman, on July 21st I was approved for a new 2015 Nissan Sentra. I Was happy of course to get my credit report and see that was way up from 18 months previously and was getting 0% interest and 0 down. Your entire staff on the floor was Very professional and seemed to not be lurking around like some dealerships encountered in the past. Iggy has a great listening ear for his customers needs and financial abilities, and has a no pressure approach to selling. Excellent Purchase experience

Bad tire flap
I brought in my Nissan altima 2014 for a weird sound I was hearing on the driver side front wheel, I pulled up and the service rep came right out and asked me what was going on I told her exactly what was happening. She then had my car taken to the back to be evaluated once it was diagnosed she came up and said that nissan had made a mistake in building the car which caused one of the tire flaps to fall off and since this wasn't my fault nissan needed to pay for it. I was so pleased I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. My car was fixed within 45 minutes including a free car wash. No more grinding sound was music to my ears. Thank you Nissan I wish I remembered my reps name because I would give her a personal shout out, she's awesome.

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL
TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES!!! I asked for help, and one of the ladies behind the desk gave me an attitude. And the young man in the rental car section gave me the biggest attitude ever as well. Just because I am only 21 DOES NOT mean I am incompetent and that does not mean that I deserve to be treated that way. They seriously need to work on their employees customer service skills. Their job should be to treat customers fair and help however they can. I will never go back. If you do go, ask for Bobbie. She is the only nice one there.

Great Service!
I brought in my 2012 Nissan Murano for my first Oil Change (just purchased in March 2015). My service consultant was Melinda. She was very friendly and informed me about the Wynns Oil Booster to go along with my oil change. While I waited for my vehicle in the lobby, Melinda also informed me that my next 4 oil changes were going to be free. I guess it was included in my car purchase deal, but I was very excited! My experience was great & I will definitely return for future car services.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/2008 ARMADA
In APRIL 2015 the rear section of the ceiling console of my 2008 ARMADA appeared to be loose. I scheduled an oil change and while there I asked the service rep to examine it and tell me what it would take to repair it. I was prepared to pay a reasonable fee for the service. He came back to me while the oil change was being done and said it would cost about $200.00 to fix it. Because it was still secure with a small section about 10 inches loose, I thought that was reasonable and accepted the offer. I think he forgot our conversation because I had to remind him of our agreement while I was inquiring as to why the oil change was taking so long. As an afterthought, he went back to the service area and came back and said the part had to be ordered and it would cost over a thousand dollars to repair. That did not set well with me because I am sure I am not the only owner that had this problem. I ask for the complaint division phone number. and left. I call the number and got a representative who promised to look into the problem. A few days later the whole console fell from the ceiling. It is my opinion that the their examination of the panel created that problem. I heard from the complaint rep in record time. He said the vehicle was too old to be considered for repair by Nissan. I disagree with this because I think this is a manufacturing flaw and I am not the only one with the problem. My car has less than 80,000 miles and I do not drive it everyday or over rough terrain. I have taken great care of my car and am very disappointed in Nissan. The Armada is a $40,000 car and I don't think anyone expects the overhead works to fall. It is a good thing I don't have children and never install a TV monitor. I have generally been satisfied with this dealership in every way and did not expect this treatment.

Great experience
I was looking to buy a Chevy and had already picked one out when my friend told me to check the Titans out, that I would get more bells and whistles dollar for dollar with a Titan... He was right! The day I went in was a Saturday so I expected a long wait, especially since I saw a radio station set up out front. My salesman, Eugene, did a fantastic job juggling me and a few other clients at the same time. I'm in the sales/service industry myself and he did great job giving me just the right amount of time to answers questions while still giving my wife and space to mull our options over. I spoke with him over the phone the night before and told him what I was looking for and he had the truck all picked out and up pulled up front with keys in hand when I showed up to test drive it. We had a long wait to get to upstairs and sign the paperwork but like I said, you guys were packed and we expected it. Eugene gave me the manual to read while we waited and continued to check on us and offer drinks. Once we made it upstairs the finance guy was really nice and got us in and out. All in all it was a great experience and will recommend anyone we know looking for a car.
