2018 F150

Zack was patient with us and helped us out with advice on our F150 as he owns one himself. Rick was also patient with us and sped things up for us when we had to leave to pick up our kids from school.

100000 mile service

I took my F-150 in and Angela was awesome. She explained everything that needed to be done on my truck to keep it running smoothly for another 100000 miles.

Quick Lane

Had an appointment but still took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This location seems to be too busy for the space they have.....my service appointment should not have taken so long. However, the employees are kind and courteous despite how busy they are. Sonya, the service representative, was amazing as always.

Great experience

I was dealing with Tom when looking to buy my next car. Tom was very professional and not pushy towards anything at all. I told him the day and time I would be arriving, and the vehicle I was interested. Upon arrival he treated me promptly and handed me the keys and sent me out on a test drive (I like how he did not try to come with). Upon telling him I was interested he had my trade in looked at, and everything was taken care of from there. I do not feel as if I was cheated at all, I feel like I got a very fair deal. Thank you to Tom for your help, I would definitely recommend Tom and Bozard Ford to any of my friends and family.

A/C Service

As a first time consumer at Bozard, I probably looked a little confused as I entered the service center. Thankfully Nate was there to bail me out. He asked how he could help and in no time my service experience was off to a great start. Nate got my car in almost immediately. He fully explained the process and gave me an estimate on my wait. My car was done when promised with a full explaination of the work he was recommending. I am real happy with this service department and will be back for all my service needs.
