Everyone involved did a fantastic job, easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I feel I got a great deal and the customer service was exceptional. Gary Schneider, Jenna Thomas and Erik Shipley were all great to deal with. I'll buy my next car at Bozard as well.

From beginning to end, my experience was excellent! Nathan Dippy was professional, prompt and extremely helpful in regards to all aspects of my service experience. If he is not being ear marked for management, he should be. This type of service only happens when someone truly cares about the business as a whole. Christian Clark was very polite and helpful as well and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He has an excellent attitude, not just with me but everyone he interacted with and should be rewarded for his service.

When I explained what I was looking for in an SUV, Jim Duran knew exactly what to show me. He was very helpful and explained the features of the Edge I was interested in. When I decided to purchase the SUV the financing went smoothly and I left Bozard Ford completely satisfied.

While driving, the low pressure light appeared on my dashboard. Immediately went to Bozard and pulled over near the bay where the air hose is located. Went inside and Angela came out and asked Zac to check tires; a nail was found in one of my tires. They immediately brought the car in and fixed the tire. Did I mention it was pouring out! Anyway, as what has become the norm for the Bozard service team, the tire was fixed and we were on our way in less than an hour. Couldn't get that service anywhere else.

Nathan Dippy did a great job handling my safety recall. He is friendly, professional and efficient and I was in and out of there quickly. Thank you!

Once again, the folks in the service center at Bozard Ford gave me their best cost estimate and held to the number. I always feel like I am dealing with honest people. Allison in service was excellent and kept me informed.

My battery died unexpectedly Saturday. I called Bozard and within 20 minutes Ashleigh was at my house with a loaner. Alex provided great updates on the service of my vehicle (like always).

The folks at Bozard are consistently professional, courteous, and friendly. Their service center is efficient and FAST. Easy to make appts. that are convenient to me. I can’t sing their praises enough. BUT, know this . . .I travel 35 minutes to use Bozard Ford when their is a Ford dealership less than 10 minutes from me. It is worth traveling to Bozard for what is consistently a positive experience (as opposed to stress and aggravation with the other place). I highly recommend Bozard.
