Bozard Ford

Dealership gave me a good deal but they opened another membership with my credit union and it had been 16 days since I bought the car and they haven’t paid it. Called and text w/o any answers as of this writing.

CJ was a great salesman, and he went beyond to get us a great deal. Very easy working with him without being pushy. Worked with us to get the best rate and keep our payments where we wanted to be at. The rest of the staff including his trainee Rino, was polite, courteous and helpful.

I had a great buying experience,service was very prompt on completing extra items I requested.

Asked to make sure there were two keys. Truck got delivered with 1. Cost me additional 200 for a 2nd key Also was sent video and did not show creese down quarter panel and door. Saw it when I sent someone to look at it for me. 1st time I bought something 1000 miles away.

The customer service was great all around, Isaiah has good laid back customer service and helped get me into a beautiful Ford F250. Bozard has a great selection of vehicles on site as well
