The process with the salesman was a smooth, easy process. The same goes for the financing dept. my only criticism is the poor attention to detail with the vehicle detailing. Even after I pointed out areas in need of attention, it was given a mediocre attempt.

I had a great experience with Jeremy. I’m from Bradenton, FL and since I would be making a long drive to the dealership, he helped me by sending pictures, videos, determined my trade in value, and helping me put together the deal so I could make the decision of whether to drive to St Augustine or not. When I arrived at the dealership, the car had already been detailed and was ready for my test drive. After deciding to move forward with the deal, Jeremy got us in line to see the finance department which went pretty quickly because I had filled out my credit application the day before. In total, we were only at the dealership for about 1 1/2 hours before we headed back to Bradenton. It was a great experience.
