Dealership was amazing. Tara was very professional and not pushy, We dread buying a new vehicle. It was a great experience. Chris was very patient and made sure we understood the electronics before driving away. If needing another vehicle it would be from either Tara or Chris. We were made very comfortable from the beginning, even from our first visit to the lot. We visited the Lincoln lots several times and each time we were let to browse on our own, no "pushy" salesperson and whatever vehicle we wanted to sit in, keys were provided. Beautiful presentation of the car when we took delivery.

This place is like home- they treat us like family- I cannot say no good things about Bozard, CJ and Tom- my 14th car from them since 2013-

No history with them except the 2 Corsairs we bought recently. Logan the sales person was a me run!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bozard Lincoln years ago for tire service on our MKT. They've always been impressive, as is their facility. So much so, that we now use them exclusively for all of our service on both of our vehicles. We were in the market for a newer Lincoln, so we reached out to Mike Murdock for an Aviator with a specific list of features and a reasonable price. He kept his eye out for our next Certified Used Lincoln until he found one to meet our list. After he personally vetted the car for us, he called to have us come see it. We went, and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and no pressure, which is always a relief when you're shopping for a car. The sales team was genuinely helpful, taking the time to help us to understand the features on the 2023 Aviator Grand Touring, and were very patient as we made up our minds to deal on it. After deciding that this was the right car, the financing process was smooth and transparent. We felt comfortable with the terms and appreciated that they walked us through everything step by step. Overall, my visit to Bozard Lincoln, as usual, was a pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but the staff made it a lot easier and even enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Cannot recommend Mike enough! When I found the truck I had to have, it was 300+miles away. Mike answered my call and took action. We quickly put a deposit down, as the truck was in transit. Mike sent me a video right when it showed up. We went right into working a deal. Mike set everything up and had my trade picked up and new truck delivered the next day. I cannot stress how seamless and easy it was to do business with Mike and bozard ford. As long as you don’t need to test drive a car, I will never step foot inside a dealership again. Mike has spoiled me with this luxury of remote car buying. I will be contacting Mike when it’s time to trade in my wife’s 2020 expedition.
