When I first contacted Bozard Ford and Lincoln I was very happy and satisfied with the treatment I received from the sales associates. The process was great, smooth and easy and I was very satisfied in the work they put in for such an expensive purchase .Unfortunately a week and a half after I bought my 2020 Ford F-450 limited I found out there were several recalls on the truck that were not handled while they were in possession of it as well as an oil change on a 6.7 l powerstroke diesel turbo engine that was 2000 miles overdue. These things should have been taken care of before delivery to me after pay over $100,000 in cash for this vehicle to realize such a thing and having really hurt as a second time cash purchase customer or bulldogs Ford I am disheartened by this I pray they make this right for me and Hope that in the future just does not happen again to anyone. And again the sales association and people are dealt with absolutely wonderful, just so sad you're such an important detail sale such an expensive vehicle was not noticed and taken care of beforehand. Hopefully someone will reach out to me and rectify your social. This is my fourth vehicle we’ve purchased from Bozard and every time it’s an easy and enjoyable process. Both the sales people and others are friendly, energetic and the light banter made the process enjoyable.. This time it was DJ and he was great. What really was the deciding factor for me was when he sent a short video showing the vehicle, inside and out.
