Great experience purchasing a used vehicle for my daughter. Mike, my salesman was great, no pressure and was very up front about my purchasing options. The brand ambassador explained the various settings and features of the vehicle ans set up a test drive. Kelly, the office staff who helped me with the paperwork was great as well. She was very communitative and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership and the staff that assisted me.

Not Happy with Purchase. Car advertised on line had a trailer hitch as an accessory, trailer hitch The window sticker ( same serial #) did not have it listed. I did not check for all the accessories listed on the site as I "ASSUMED" they would be there as advertised on the internet. Did not realize till I got home and started to become familiar with the cat that there was no trailer hitch which was one of the accessory that I wanted on the car. Made it known to Bozard, but have had no response from them.

Jack was great to work with, very professional, responded quickly and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him buying our 2025 Natilus.
