Horrible service - poorly trained mechanics

Beware of this dealership - they will quote you for one thing, then the quote will change and you will be roped in for a lot more than you are prepared to spend. Horrible service and regular misdiagnosis of problems...

Good sales people.

Went there to buy a new wrangler; they did not have exactly what I was looking for but located one in Texas. Had the wrangler shipped in and they took several thousand off the sticker price. Had a minor chip in the windshield when it arrived and it was quickly replaced.

Bergeron Chrysler Dodge Jeep is not the place to buy a vehicle. Poor customer service, people skills, and absolutely NO knowledge of the vehicle I wanted to buy. Definitely not coming back and will drive the extra miles to buy a vehicle.

Recently bought a used vehicle from Bergeron Chrysler Dodg Jeep and it was a very good buying experience. No hassle. They did what they could to make sure i got the vehicle i wanted for a price i was comfortable with.
