James Willis is awesome!

Denise Gueniot I bought my first Mercedes with the help of our awesome Sales Rep, James Willis. The experience exceeded our expectations. James was very helpful, knowledgeable and an all around super nice guy. He was very patient and never made us feel pressured. He made us feel like we not only purchased a vehicle, but made a friend. Every body else we worked with also treated us like family. I highly recommend this business.

Singleton and Russ make a great team!

I was in a car accident and my "dream car" was totaled. The last thing I wanted to do was go through the car buying process. Herbert Singleton and Will Russ took the anxiety and agony out of the situation! I'm so grateful. Singleton provided superior customer service. I felt like I was in the good hands of a family member and not the typical salesman. He took time to answer my questions, go over the features and services thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Russ was anything but the typical finance guy. After giving me a tour of the facility, he worked to get me the best deal, made sure I had the things I needed without trying to sell me things that I didn't need. These guys really made me feel happy to be a part of the Mercedes Benz of New Orleans family!

Herbert Singleton Provides Excellent Customer Service

Salesmen are known for being dishonest, however because of Herbert’s quality customer service I didn’t feel like I’d been taken advantage of during the purchase of my new car. Throughout the whole experience, Herbert kept me informed and made me feel like he was advocating for me. In previous experiences, purchasing a car takes forever. However, I was extremely impressed by how fast the process went; I was done in 2 hours! It took longer for me to decide on the color car I wanted than it took to complete the purchase and Herbert was patient the whole time. Thanks Herbert for such quality service!

Fantastic salesperson

I was very thrilled with the professionalism and helpful manner of my Salesperson, Jeanne Fitzgerald. I was so thrilled that we leased 3 cars!!! I was also super impressed with Will Russ in financial. He explained everything clearly!! Kudos to these 2 employees!

SPECTACULAR !!

I have been buying new cars for many, many years. Dealing with Mercedes and Mike Tyson has been a wonderful experience. It was an absolute pleasure to be treated so well The warm reception my wife and I received from Mike, and the absolute absence of high pressure was a welcome change. Thank You!!

Extremely pleasant experience!

After several months of looking at the other SUV's on the road, I had finally made the decision to trade in my 15 year old 4-Runner for a Mercedes SUV. On Saturday morning, I drove straight to the dealership, Certified Pre-owned section and met Ernie Debus, my sales consultant. Ernie is knowledgeable and passionate about Mercedes. He asked me how he could help me. I told him and he thoroughly explained the details and safety of the cars. In less than an hour, I had made a decision. The perfect ML350 was right there waiting for me! 2015 Mercedes certified, 42,000 miles (just broken in, really). Danny found the best trade-in value for my old 4-Runner and Roger professionally closed the deal, all in less than 3 hours! Car shopping can be a grueling experience. But, not here at Mercedes Benz of New Orleans.

Most pleasurable experience

Our salesman Mike Williams made the buying experience as easy as it could possibly be. He has a vast knowledge of the product he is selling and we felt very comfortable and not pressured at all in dealing with him. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase from Mercedes to request Mike as their salesperson. Kudos Mike.

I walked into the dealership and could not have been more pleased- from the manager Chris Stuben to my sales rep James Willis. The dealership has gone above and beyond Would buy another car there just for the good service

Great Recommendation for an Awesome Car!

James is awesome! He helped me to pick my first car the White CLA250 (on the left). Through his follow up calls and conversations to make sure I was satisfied with my new car he learned what I really liked in a car. When he found one that he knew I’d love he called me to show me the C300 Sport (on the right). The C300 Sport is everything I wanted in a car and more. I was able to move into the C300 with no issues. The car is pristine and so is the service they offer at Mercades Benz of New Orleans.
