Bought an F250 from Planet Ford and have nothing but a horrible experience. The latest is for the replacement of the main screen and a leak in the sunroof. The first time they claimed there was no issue with leaks in the sun roof, and I found multiple reports online. After blowing out both drain line the issue came back in a couple of months. I had service to fix the leak checked at a dealership in Arkansas December of 2025 and then had it checked again January 2026. The dealership wants $635.00 for repairs on a truck with 29,000 miles, less than 2 years old and kept in a garage. Buyer beware of this dealership.

Solid amount of inventory, good service and efficient with the process. Will be back for sure!

They will rob you without a gun and smile at you while doing it. Force you to buy a warranty thing for 2k covers windshield and wipers. Say it’s non negotiable. They dropped the price to $800 after attempts to walk out. Bought used ford truck that they put through the thousand check sys a nothing wrong. 5 days later needs all 4 rotors an brake pads

I called after lunch to get a mobile service to my home for oil , tire rotation and fluid checks . I was expecting a next day service or later but they called me about 2 P.M and told me they would be here between 2:30 and 3:00 . Nicholson showed up exactly on time and performed all this service right through a heavy rain . I could not believe it . He just kept smiling and said it was no problem . I had never seen a young man work like that before . And nice as can be . I hope he stays with Planet Ford because workers of his caliber is hard to find . Thanks again young man . Planet Ford you better keep him .
