The worst experience i have ever had at a dealership....
The worst experience i have ever had at a dealership. Total lack of communication and feedback. After several calls with promises that someone would "get back to me", i finally went to the dealership to find out what was going on with my repair. No one knew any information that would answer my questions and was told that i would have to return the next day when the service writer would be present. He wasn't but i finally did get answers!

Available appointment backlog is only reason for less than 5-star rating. John did his best to work my vehicle into the schedule, and the work was performed satisfactorily. Customer service is always exceptional! Only complaint: shuttle ride back to the dealership did not arrive until 3 hours after I received the call that my truck was ready.
