I made a 7:30 appointment, my truck wasn’t even started...
I made a 7:30 appointment, my truck wasn’t even started on until around noon, at 2 I requested they bring my truck outside so I could leave. No answers at to what was wrong with my truck or what we could do to fix it. That’s after a 2 month wait for an appointment. The service writers are stretched so thin and need some help as well. I get that it’s a tough economy and the planademic but someone needs to get this service department back on track. IMO!!
